We do our best when we have time blocked for you, so booking ahead through Vagaro is the safest bet. If you're nearby, you're welcome to call and ask — sometimes there's an open chair.
Yes. Bertha is the salon's curly-hair specialist — clients drive in from all over the Bay for her cuts. We cut to how your curl actually moves, not how it looks wet in the chair.
Please ask. Other salons say they "don't do that" — we'd rather have the conversation. Whether it's a wedding, a stage appearance, or a braid that needs to hold for a few days, mention the timeline when you book and we'll plan the chair time properly.

Life happens — please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the chair to someone on the waitlist. Cancellations and reschedules are easiest through your Vagaro confirmation email.
